Platform · G-Events

The platform under the events.

G-Events is our own event platform, built in house and running behind training programmes, conventions, roadshows and hospitality operations. It is not a product we resell: it is the layer we build each event interface on top of.

What it is
A modular web platform for guest management, configured per event
Who operates it
The organising secretariat, after a short training session; our team stays available for changes and monitoring
Event types
Physical, hybrid and virtual — corporate events, conferences, trade fairs, dealer training, conventions
Access
Multi-user with assigned privileges, from any modern browser
Interface
White-label: the event’s own identity is applied to the templates the guest sees

The journey

One database, from the save the date to the follow-up.

  1. Invite

Save the dates, invitations and registration forms inside landing pages and event mini-sites carrying the event’s identity.

  2. Register

Guest database imported from Excel or CSV, or created in the interface for last-minute names. Unlimited invitation templates, mass or per-guest.

  3. Track

Delivery status per guest — delivered, opened, clicked — with alerts on failures, and a detailed history card per person.

  4. Check in

Fast check-in modules on site, attendance updated in real time, and an event-management interface built for that event’s operation.

  5. Operate

On-site views configured per role, with the option to anonymise what an operator can see, so guest privacy survives a busy front desk.

  6. Report

Dashboard charts updating live, and an export module with saved filter profiles for Excel, pivots or an external reporting tool.

  7. Follow up

Post-event questionnaires, galleries and shared content for the people who attended.

Why it exists

The boring layer decides whether the event works.

Guest management is the part everyone assumes is solved. It is also the part that fails loudly: the list that does not match the door, the reminder that never went out, the operator who cannot find a name while thirty people wait behind it.

Because the platform is ours, the interface an event needs can be built rather than worked around. That is why the same platform appears behind a dealer training programme, an electric drive-in, a luxury roadshow and a film-festival hospitality desk, and looks like none of them.

For agencies

You keep the client. We keep the platform running.

The platform is operated under your name. Your secretariat drives it, your client sees your identity, and the technical layer stays with us — including changes during the event, which is when they usually arrive.

Built on it

Four events, one platform, four different interfaces.

Mercedes-Benz national training
QR and NFC accreditation, digital liability release with e-signature, event app, self-training module
Enel X Drive-in
Over 8,000 invitations, seat and electric-car booking, digital tickets, automated reminders
Mastercard at the Venice Film Festival
Public booking form on the event landing page, and a booking manager for the hospitality desk
Maserati roadshow
Test-drive and premium-experience booking across three cities, with guest management before, during and after

Inside the platform

What the secretariat actually works in.

Screens are from the Italian deployment, with demo data in place of real guests.
