Challenge

Show a demo area to people who cannot walk into it.

Huawei needed to demonstrate how AI, cloud and Wi-Fi 6 support digital transformation, give direct access to Smart Healthcare, Smart Education and Smart Energy content, and understand what visitors were actually interested in.

Solution

A navigable space with people behind it.

A 360-degree interactive tour with content touchpoints throughout, delivered from dedicated cloud servers behind a CDN. Real-time support came from a live chat staffed by expert operators, and analytics tracked interest and preference across the whole experience.

Huawei’s marketing campaign around it generated thousands of interactions with the digital content.

Why it matters

Reach and measurement, not just a nice tour.

A virtual environment earns its budget when it is instrumented. Analytics and a live operator turned a walkthrough into a lead and insight channel.

Draft note for Gianluca — do not publish this box.
Everything above comes from what giacapp.com already publishes. Still missing, and only you have it: current screenshots, the number of environments and touchpoints, and the analytics figures Huawei is willing to publish. Nothing has been invented — that is why those figures are absent. Also confirm whether the commissioning agency may be named here.
