White-label technical production

Your creative direction. Our job is to make the difficult technical layer work.

Bring us in during briefing, pitch, feasibility or active production. The solution does not need to exist yet.

When to involve us

Before a creative promise becomes a technical constraint.

We can join while the experience is still being shaped: validate feasibility, identify risk, prototype uncertain interactions and give the production team a realistic technical path.

  • A capability you don’t want as fixed headcount

Real-time 3D, computer vision, embedded devices and event platforms need specialists you cannot keep busy all year. You get the capability for the project, not the payroll.

  • An honest answer before the pitch

“Can this be built, in this budget, in this time, in this venue?” We answer that during your pitch phase, so you don’t sell something that hurts you later.

  • One supplier instead of four

Software, custom hardware, integrations, onsite installation and live support — one team owns the whole chain, so nobody can point at anybody else at 8am on show day.

Collaboration model

We do not need to own the creative concept.

  1. NDA-friendly collaboration
  2. White-label technical production
  3. Technical feasibility during pitch phases
  4. Concept validation and risk mapping
  5. Rapid prototyping
  6. Real-time development
  7. Custom software and hardware
  8. Sensor, device and AV integration
  9. Onsite deployment and show operation
  10. Remote support and maintenance

Production workflow

Concept to support, with the risky part proven early.

  1. Concept

Understand the experience, the audience and the production intent.

  2. Feasibility

Identify technical risk, dependencies and the right implementation path.

  3. Prototype

Test the difficult interaction before it becomes expensive to change.

  4. Production

Build the complete software, interaction and hardware layer.

  5. Integration

Connect AV, devices, sensors, services and third-party infrastructure.

  6. On-site

Deploy, test and operate inside the real production environment.

  7. Support

Maintain, monitor and evolve the system when the production requires it.

We would rather tell you something is a bad idea than build it badly.

We are not an AV rental company and we are not a generic software house. We do not sell you a product catalogue and we do not pretend everything is possible.

What we are good at is the awkward middle: the part of an experience where custom software has to talk to physical hardware, to a client’s systems, and to a room full of real people, reliably, once, at a fixed date that cannot move.

Start

A short brief is enough to start.

Tell us what the experience should do, where the project is today and when it needs to become real. Early concept, feasibility and active production are all valid starting points.

Sent straight to our team. We reply within two working days, and we do not add you to any mailing list.
